he baji Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the he baji platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and account features available at he-baji.ws. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Safe & SSL-Secured
All data transmitted between your device and he-baji.ws is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal and financial information is never sold or shared with unauthorised third parties under any circumstances.
18+ Age Requirement
He baji is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any game on the platform. Age verification is conducted at registration and at first withdrawal.
Taka (৳) Transactions
All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and game balances on he baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). He baji supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers as payment channels — with no hidden conversion fees.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on he baji. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Fair Play Certification
Every game available on he baji uses a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. He baji does not manipulate game outcomes, alter published RTP figures, or apply undisclosed house-edge adjustments.

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and he baji ("he baji", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at he-baji.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and account features made available through that domain.
By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, placing a bet, depositing funds, or using any feature of he-baji.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
He baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address or contact method associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms should be read alongside the he baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and he baji. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document published on he-baji.ws, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Plain-language summary: By using he baji, you agree to these rules. We may update them — we will notify you when we do. The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page are also part of your agreement with us.
Important: These Terms are written in English and are governed by general principles applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Use of this platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of he baji is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. He baji operates as an adults-only platform. Registrations from individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any balance forfeited.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not permitted to use he baji.
- Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on he baji. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or third-party exclusion order that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling platforms.
- Own funds: You must be playing with funds that belong to you personally and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. He baji applies anti-money-laundering (AML) protocols and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation.
He baji reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, and at any point where account activity triggers an AML or compliance review. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that fail to pass verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending review.
Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to accessing he baji. He baji makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is at the sole risk of the user.
Age Verification Process
He baji verifies player age at registration (self-declaration) and conducts formal KYC document checks before processing a first withdrawal. Documents accepted: national ID card, passport, birth certificate, or driving licence. Processing time: up to 48 hours on business days (BST, UTC+6).
Account Registration & Security
To access he baji's games, betting markets, and payment facilities, you must first register a player account at he-baji.ws. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must not register using fictitious names, borrowed identities, or any information that does not accurately represent your personal details.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. He baji strongly recommends that players enable SMS-based 2FA, which is available in Account Settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not permit any other person to access your account.
He baji applies the following security controls to protect player accounts: 256-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions; automatic session timeout after a period of inactivity; login attempt monitoring with temporary account lockout following repeated failed attempts; device recognition for trusted devices; and password storage using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. He baji staff will never ask for your password in any communication.
Reporting Unauthorised Access
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your he baji account, you must notify the support team immediately via live chat at he-baji.ws. He baji will investigate all reports of suspected unauthorised access promptly. He baji cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Account Accuracy
You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update them via Account Settings or by contacting support. Providing false information at registration or failing to maintain accurate account details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Security tip: Use a unique, strong password for your he baji account — one that you do not use for any other online service. Enable SMS 2FA for an additional layer of protection. He baji staff will never contact you asking for your password or OTP code.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
He baji supports deposits and withdrawals through the payment channels most commonly used by Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and transfers from City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion step and no undisclosed markups.
Deposits
The minimum deposit across all mobile financial service (MFS) channels — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — is ৳500. Deposits made via MFS channels typically credit to your he baji account balance within seconds of confirmation on the payment provider's end. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes. He baji does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside he baji's control.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Rocket and Upay withdrawals follow similar timelines. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 across all channels.
He baji applies a policy of same-method withdrawals: funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the support team has authorised an exception in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with AML obligations.
KYC and Withdrawal Verification
All players must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. He baji reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds returned to the player's account balance.
Transaction Security
All financial transactions on he baji are processed under 256-bit SSL encryption. He baji does not store full card numbers on its servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with the he baji Privacy Policy.

Bonuses & Promotions
He baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which should be read in conjunction with this section.
General Bonus Conditions
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the specified wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual offer. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
- One bonus per player: Unless an individual promotion explicitly states otherwise, each registered player is eligible for each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Where stated in an individual offer, a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings may apply. Any amount above this cap is not withdrawable and will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal.
He baji's Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers
He baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it but before wagering requirements have been completed, he baji will honour the existing bonus subject to its original terms, provided that the player has not violated any conditions of the offer.
Bonus abuse: He baji monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other form of exploitation of promotional offers. Where such activity is detected, he baji reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior warning.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using he baji, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other platform users and he baji staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the he baji platform:
- Providing false information at registration or at any point during account use, including false name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership details.
- Operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a bonus restriction, account suspension, self-exclusion, or AML review.
- Collusion, cheating, or match-fixing — including any attempt to influence the outcome of a game or sporting event on which you have placed a bet on he baji, or coordinating with other players to achieve a systematic advantage.
- Bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
- Unauthorised automation — including the use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with he baji's games or betting markets in place of genuine human play.
- Money laundering — including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform to process, layer, or integrate such funds. He baji applies AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
- Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in relation to a genuine deposit made to your he baji account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
- Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive communication directed at he baji staff or other players via any channel, including live chat.
He baji reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, account access and withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, he baji may void all bets and game results associated with the conduct, forfeit any balance in the account, and permanently close the account without liability to the player.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either the player or he baji may close a registered account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Player-Initiated Closure
If you wish to close your he baji account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is completed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion — if you wish to self-exclude, you must activate the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings separately.
He baji-Initiated Suspension or Closure
He baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or money laundering.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 06.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming referral from an authorised third party.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
Where an account is closed by he baji due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity and nature of the breach. He baji will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. He baji will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered contact method before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee as detailed in the individual dormancy policy published on he-baji.ws. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
Closing Your Account
To close your account, contact he baji support via live chat at he-baji.ws. Pending withdrawals will be processed first. Remaining real-money balance is returned to your payment method. Unmet bonus funds are forfeited.
Responsible Gaming
He baji is committed to responsible gaming and recognises that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for most players, can become harmful for some individuals. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players are encouraged to use proactively. These tools are available in Account Settings and include:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your he baji account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Session time-outs: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which he baji will issue a warning notification or automatically end your session.
- Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive marketing communications from he baji.
- Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of your total time spent in the current gaming session.
He baji is an adults-only platform and enforces the 18+ age restriction strictly at registration, at first withdrawal, and whenever account activity triggers a compliance review. Players who are identified as being under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits returned minus any winnings generated during the period of underage use.
